TERIACHA® Southwest Summer Cobb Salad

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Southwest Teriacha
  • 1/2 Lemon juice only
  • 2 breasts Chicken

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado diced
  • 1/2 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Hard-boiled Eggs Quartered
  • 1/2 pint Cherry Tomatoes roasted
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 Cucumber peeled and cubed
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon crumbled

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 Lemon juice only
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Chicken

  1. Place ½ cup Southwest Teriacha, juice of ½ lemon, 2 chicken breasts in a Ziploc and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Grill 7-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness, brushing extra Southwest Teriacha sauce on top of the chicken while grilling.

Lemon Vinaigrette

  1. Juice of ½ lemon, ¼ ish cup olive oil, salt and pepper whisked together.

Assembly

  1. Assemble all ingredients into salad and enjoy!
